The favorite wine of the fairer sex, recognizable by its characteristic greenish-yellow hue. It is characterized by an abundance of fruit-floral aromas, with the complex aromas of rose and tangerine standing out.
Due to the late harvest, complex aromatics and residual natural grape sugar, this wine is suitable for accompanying various dishes and desserts.
It is light and harmonious on the palate with a lasting finish.
It goes best with sea fish, poultry in sweet sauces, a combination of sheep's cheese and prosciutto with raisins, appetizers, dried fruit, as well as desserts based on chocolate and cocoa.
Recommended serving temperature between 8-12°C.
