Lutenica is a popular spread in the countries of the Southern Balkans.
It consists of grilled peppers, tomatoes, carrots and chili peppers. The name ‘ljuto’ means a delicately spicy taste, which is a tad stronger than the Hot Ajvar. The product does not contain artificial colourings or preservatives.
